AMC Links Company Party

Have I mentioned how much I love my job? I really do. I love that I have an "easy" job with a co worker that knows whats its about being a full time employee working from home with a baby. Its easy to sneek away and throw in a load of laundry, or get dinner started, or make a big breakfast (which is what I do almost every morning- Anistyn LOVES scrambled eggs)

See what I mean? Anyway, my company has 2 or 3 get togethers a year. a little one in the office for Halloween, and then we went to Tepenyaki for christmas, and then July 10th, we closed the office early, and headed up to Park City Mountain Resort. We got to play on the Alpine slide, Alpine Coaster, and the zip line. We got to bring our families, and make a night of it. Rob was such a good sport, He made sure I did everything I wanted to, and then in the left over time, he played a little too. We had Anistyn with us, so we couldnt do anything together. But Anistyn got to go on her first Merry Go Round, with the cuttest little boy Jex. My co-workers were great at involving Rob when I was on baby duty. I really do have the best co workers and friends a girl could ask for. After we played, we went to a restaurant called Legands, and had a yummy dinner. It was such a fun day, and I cant wait to do it again next year!

July (1st part)

Here are some pictures I forgot from June. I took pictures for my sister, of her kids for fathers day. I snapped a few of Anistyn as well. (What can I say, Im a little obsessed.) excuse the Messy face. This was the first time that she had graham crackers- can you tell from her face that she LOVES them?

ALSO, Anistyn was 9 months old at the end of June. She grew a ton, and weighed 18 lbs and was 28.5 inches. Finally starting gaining weight! Food does her body good! The 4th of July was pretty low key for us, We went on a drive up the canyon and around the Holliday area to look at the big houses, and then we went to Murray Park and walked around a little. After that, we grabbed a hamburger and headed home. We were able to see a lot of fireworks from our house. This was Anistyn's first experience. She liked watching the colors, but she didnt like the loud Booms.

Anistyns First Splash Pad

We here in our house have a love hate relationship with water. Rob and I love it, but our poor little half Hawaiian baby is NOT a fan. ( I am determined to change this before the summer is over) On June 27th, we went with my sister Mindi and her kids, along with Jen and her kids to a splash pad up in Herriman. Rob was so cute trying to get Anistyn to like the water (No Such Luck) I took Anistyn to Seven Peaks Provo the week before, and she didnt like the water then either.)

Fathers Day Weekend

On Saturday June 15th, We celebrated Fathers day with My sister Mindi and some of her Family, as well as my dad and his Wife. We took the Trax downtown to the Gateway and had Tosconos. It was also my birthday, so they made me stand on the chair as they sang happy birthday to me (probably the most embarising thing that I have that has happened to me in a very long time) The food was amazing. I loved everything. After Lunch, we walked around Gateway, they were having a the sidewalk chalk festival. There were some really cool sketches. I dont know what did after that. ha ha. Im sure we did something that night, but it escapes me. The next day was Fathers day, I decided to surprise Rob by doing some pictures of Anistyn. We actually took them June 1st. I LOVE how they turned out. I have such a cute little girl! she loves getting pictures taken. She is such a cute little cheeseball!
